We opened in 2004 with the goal of providing individualized care that meets your needs while making rehab a good experience.
At your initial evaluation, we review your health history and discuss the problem which has brought you to physical therapy, answering your questions and explaining what you can expect from us.
Your therapist performs a physical evaluation related to your symptoms or dysfunction, and reviews the findings with you. Together, we will set goals and design a progressive treatment plan to help you achieve those goals.
